Main Line Kitchen Design’s Upper Darby office is located on City Avenue across from the Havertown Post Office. We ask potential new customers to call us first to discuss their kitchen project over the phone. We can then explain our unique business model in detail and ballpark a customer’s entire kitchen renovation after asking a few questions. We can also determine if new customers would like to make a brief appointment to meet with a designer at one of our offices or if they would like to begin our design process by having a designer measure their kitchen.
MLKD designed a terrific kitchen for me which opened up the existing space and made it far more aesthetically pleasing and functional. My new kitchen is light-filled, sleek, and well-organized.
With the terrific pricing on cabinets purchased through MLKD and Paul’s superb advice concerning appliance and countertop options, the project ended up costing a fraction of what I had originally anticipated and included many features I thought were out of my price range. Moreover, Paul didn’t just hand off a design but worked with my contractors to make sure everything arrived and was installed according to plan. I would recommend MLKD unconditionally!
We were incredibly pleased with Paul and Main Line Kitchen Design. Paul designed our kitchen (every inch of it) and provided our cabinets. We had just bought a new house and knew we had a great deal of work ahead of us so we were anticipating a long and stressful road. With Paul, just the opposite occurred. He was thoughtful, patient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He listened to our ideas and helped us find just the perfect match for our style and price range. He was always quick to return emails and made us feel that our questions were important.
In fact, Paul took the time to go over every detail so that nothing was missed! His attention to detail and to customer service is extraordinary. We love our kitchen, especially the cabinets and the design. Every part of it is in the perfect place. It makes cooking and entertaining so enjoyable. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the market for cabinets. You will be so happy with the products and service!
I was renovating a smaller kitchen with the intention of eventually selling/renting out the house. I went in with a pretty narrow-minded, cookie-cut view of how the space was to be set up, but Paul was excellent in presenting different layouts, all with the cost effectiveness in mind.
In the end, I got a design that was far better than I could have anticipated, all the while knowing where I wanted to spend more or less. Now the kitchen is beautiful and laid out with much better functional ease, which is important for a small space. I may not rent/sell the place now that I love the kitchen so much! Also, Paul was so easy to work with and trust, and as someone who is busy and wanted things moving quickly and efficiently, he was more than accommodating; and he comes to you which is so convenient. Thank you for a wonderful design!
My wife and I hired Main Line Kitchen Design to completely redesign the kitchen of our new home. From the first meeting, Paul has been fantastic. He’s diligent, very attention oriented and extremely knowledgeable. Within 48 hours, we had the first renderings of what our space could look like; two meetings later, the design was finalized and the cabinets were ordered.
One of the things that impressed us most was Paul’s ability to understand our budget and find creative ways to get us within it. The final cost of our kitchen design ended up at 50% of the first quote, as each time we met, we fine tuned the design and stripped out elements that we felt we didn’t need. Paul was very good at removing “nice to have” items and design features (such as an expensive back plate on our island, a more expensive, but same looking crown moulding, etc.), which allowed us to reduce the price, while still creating our dream kitchen. The end result is a space that blows us away every single morning. It really does look like something from a home design magazine spread.
We really were blown away with the quality of service Main Line Kitchen Design provided and whole heartedly recommend them. Don’t consider anyone else, pick up the phone and call Paul today!
After meeting with numerous kitchen design companies, we choose to work with Paul and Main Line Kitchen Design in late Spring 2011. Paul presented us with not only the most cost efficient option but also was very knowledgeable and willing to work with us.
When we were initially looking for a kitchen designer we thought we wanted someone with a showroom and who would act as a project manager. However, we quickly learned that neither a showroom nor project manager was necessary. Paul met with us at our house to discuss the design and project multiple times (and would have met with us more if we had asked him to). Paul was also always willing to give us his opinion regarding colors, hardware, etc. and guide us as needed.
What I especially liked about Paul is his straight forward manner and honest opinion. Paul also recommended a contractor. We retained Al Panaccio. Al and his crew were extremely friendly and professional and we enjoyed working with them. As with any major renovations there were small issues that arose during the process but both Paul and Al jumped in and corrected the issues immediately. The finished work product looks great and the design is terrific. I highly recommend both Main Line design and Al Panaccio.
A representative will contact you within the next 48 hours. We look forward to speaking with you.
